Lauren is quoted in an article published yesterday on Teen People that she is a “bad dater.” Well I don’t know if she’s a “bad dater,” maybe she’s just a little out of it. Turns out Brenner and her weren’t all that serious even after the breakup that I mentioned last week.

She and Jenner were never serious, she said. “He’s a cool guy. We hung out a couple of times. But I went into it telling him — I was like, ‘I don’t want to date you.’ Oh, he doesn’t want a girlfriend either!” [source: TeenPeople]

Personally I don’t care that she is a bad dater or not. She’s just too pretty and nice to care if she’s awkward in social situations. All that matters is that it sounds like she’s made up her mind for a little bit so we’ll wait around for the next boyfriend. Wouldn’t it be something if Steven and her got together in 2007? I’ll make that a prediction that will most likely never happen, yet I guess we can all dream.

Reported earlier this week by People it turns out that Brody Jenner and Lauren Conrad are no longer an item. That “item” lasted barely a month or so. Just lots of publicity and fun stuff to talk about.
